Terms of Sale
When you place an order or buy something on Groupets.com (purchase a coupon/voucher), you have accepted to following terms.
1.All coupons/vouchers printed from Groupets.com are subject to the Terms of Sale and participating merchant(s).
2.GROUPETS is not the supplier or manufacture of any products or services advertised on the Site (Groupets.com). They are supplied or serviced by the merchant/vendor, who is responsible for redeeming the coupon/voucher that your have purchased. GROUPETS provides the coupon/voucher on behalf of the merchant/vendor.
3.GROUPETS (Groupets.com) is NOT responsible for any injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities and costs suffered by or in respect of a customer or their pet, caused in whole or in part by a participating merchant/vendor. GROUPETS is not responsible for any lost or stolen coupons/vouchers.
4.Coupons or vouchers do not have any cash value and cannot be redeemed for cause or applied as payment to any account unless required by law. Coupons/vouchers cannot be combined by any other vouchers, certificates, coupons, discounts, or promotions unless otherwise specified by the merchant.
5.Each coupon/voucher has a purchase value. The purchase value is the amount paid for the coupon/voucher.
6.Groupets.com values you as a customer and a pet owner. We know some people poop and don’t scoop, so let us know. If something does not satisfy you or your pet, please let our customer service representatives know. Call 1-888-880-PETS or email support@groupets.com.
Within the first 30 days: you can return your product/item if you have not used it for a full money back refund (unless it falls into the section below).
Any products that have been used, display excessive wear, are dirty, have pet hair on them, dog fence wire removed from the spool, used dog fence flags, or other signs of prolonged use are not eligible for a refund. The following products due to health and sanitation issues, if used or opened are not eligible for refunds: Spotty Training Place, WizDog and Doggie Dooley products.

Shipping to Canada:
Groupets has its warehouses located in the USA. Any product that does not fall under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) will be subject to additional fees based on each individual product. Groupets is not liable for any border taxes or fees. Groupets is also not responsible for any provincial or federal taxes that may apply. All currency is based on USD.
