Return & Refund Policy

Defective/Damaged Part(s)

Once you received the item, if any part of the item is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, we will ship you the replacement part(s) at our cost. If the item got damaged during shipping, we will open damage claim from shipping courier.


  • If you are not totally satisfied with the item you purchased from us, you could return the item within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund. 
  • For refund we will charge 20% of the total price as restocking fee.
  • For chicken coops, rabbit hutches, bird cages, parrot cages, and parrot stands, the assembled item is NOT eligible for return.
  • Please contact us to obtain a RMA number for the return before you send back the item.
  • Items must be returned at new & unopened condition, in the original package.
  • Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.


Follow these Steps

1. Contact

Contact via E-mail ( and provide your order number and the reason for your return. Some products are non-refundable do to sanitary issues (cages, chicken coops, dog crates/houses, rabbit hutches). You will receive a confirmation if you are eligible to return the product(s). If you receive a product with damaged or missing parts we will send you those parts on our behalf.  

2. Prepare

After we confirm the product is refundable please pack your product(s) back into the Original Boxes and make sure it is ready to ship.

3. Ship

You will receive an email with the Date & Time of the pick-up from the courier service. If not, you are responsible to drop-off the item to the courier service.

4. Refund

Once we have received the item(s), you will be reimbursed for the cost of the items purchased and the amount should appear on your credit card statement within 5 to 7 business days following this.
