A: We currently ship all across Canada! The great part about our shipping is its FREE!

A: Groupets is an online store but our warehouse is located in Toronto Ontario.
3. Is it safe to purchase products on Groupets?

4. What shipping methods are used to ship my purchase?
A: Your purchase will be shipped by Canada Post, UPS or FedEx.
5. Can I track my purchase?
A: Definitely! As soon as our processing team has your order ready they will e-mail your tracking number so you can see exactly when your product will arrive to your house.
6.What methods of payment can be used to make my purchase?
A: We try to make your shopping experience fast and easy that's why we accept the following methods of payment: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and PAYPAL.
7. How long does shipping take?
A: On most products shipping will take 5-7 business days. Some orders may take 7-10 business days depending on size, weight and destination.
8. Does Groupets have a return policy?
A: Yes, you have 15 days from the date of purchase to return your product(s). If there are any defective parts you must let us know via email with pictures (within 24 hours) and we will gladly send you the replacement parts. However, there are certain conditions which apply when returning a product due to sanitary reasons. Cages, chicken coops, rabbit hutches, and dog crates must be unopened and in original packing in order to be returned. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee + Shipping and handling must be paid by the customer. Please view our Return Policy page for more information.
