Yes, as soon as our processing team sends out your order we will send you a tracking number.
Yes, you have 15 days from the date of purchase to return your product(s). If there are any defective parts you must let us know via email with pictures (within 24 hours) and we will gladly send you the replacement parts. However, there are certain conditions which apply when returning a product due to sanitary reasons. Cages, chicken coops, rabbit hutches, and dog crates must be unopened and in original packing in order to be returned. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee + Shipping and handling must be paid by the customer. Please view our return policy page for more information.
On most products shipping will take 5-7 business days. Some orders may take 7-10 business days depending on size, weight and destination.
